IT Really Matters

I’ve applied a complete makeov… err facelift to this blog now! I hope you like it because i do!

In addition to the new look i’ve also removed all the Google Ads (i bet you didn’t even notice them due to AdBlock or just having trained eyes). I wanted to have a little experiment on this blog to see how rich i get. It seems that this is not the way to become rich after all. All those liers on the Internet! I’ve earned a whopping €0.16! Unfortunately Google doesn’t want to pay it out so for the punishment i’m gonna remove all their ads. Hopefully they’re gonna lose some money now thanks to me :)

I’ve also replaced all code snippets to use GitHub’s Gists. It wasn’t very pleasurable work to do. Fortunately i didn’t have too many posts yet.

But why haven’t i written any new content lately, when earning large amount of money is happening automagically? There are some things (in addition of being lazy) which have kept me from writing anything in here recently - one being the fact that i’ve got “promoted” to Watir’s core developer and i’ve helped to lead Watir to make a new release of version 1.6.6. Yay! Not a small accomplishment if we take the time of the last release into the account - almost a year.

I’ve been also trying to figure out who to unfollow in my Twitter account to not waste valuable time.

I’m also a new proud owner of a Kindle 3 device. What a nice gadget to have in my backpack. It doesn’t weigh almost at all!

There are also some other interesting things i’ve been working on, but about these in some future posts!
